If you want to start planning a trip with us, the first step is to fill out one of the forms below, depending on the type of trip you want us to curate. By filling out this form, your details get added to our client management system which kicks off our process. We will send details about scheduling a Exploratory Call once we receive your form.
Not every type of trip requires the same level of planning. Please see our Travel Design page for more details. Please read the descriptions below to determine the type of vacation you want us to create.
Explore More Travel Inquiry
If you want to plan an itinerary that requires you to stay in multiple accommodations or that is full of tours and activities, then our Explore More Travel Research & Design Package is for you. This is a highly customized itinerary full of logistics and destination details. We will send a draft itinerary to you that we can make adjustments to in order to create the trip you have been dreaming of! Select this package if you are ready to fully experience a destination and ‘explore more’! Explore More packages start at $550.
Explore Travel Inquiry
If your hotel or resort is the destination, then our Explore Travel Research & Design Package is for you. We will take information from this form and our follow up call to determine the three best options based on your criteria and send a formal proposal to you. Once you select your desired resort, we can make any spa or dining reservations at the resort, as well as any excursions. An Explore package is $250. If you already know where you want to stay, you do not need to purchase this package. Please fill out the Hotel or Resort Quote button below.
Cruise Inquiry
If you want to see a lot but only want to unpack once, let’s explore some cruise options! With our Explore Cruise Travel Research & Design Package, we will narrow down the best cruise options based on your criteria from this form and our Exploratory Call. Once you select your cruise, we can make any spa or dining reservations at the resort, as well as any excursions. An Explore Cruises package is $250. If you already know where you want to stay, you do not need to purchase this package. Please fill out the Cruise Quote button below.
Cruise or Hotel/Resort Quote
If you know exactly which hotel, resort, or cruise itinerary you would like to book, we are able to book these trip elements for you without purchase of a Travel Research & Design Package. Through our travel industry relationships, we are often able to offer complimentary amenities on cruise lines and at select hotels and resorts. Please see below for a full list of Hotel Elite Programs of which we are members. If you decide you would like additional services after booking, you can add our Concierge Service to elevate your travel experience.
