Well, this is weird. I always send out my Weekly Explorer on Wanderlust Wednesdays. I was working on my weekly email and giveaway yesterday, and I was kicked out. Apparently, there was a huge issue yesterday that affected many internet services across the web. Lucky me! Not only could I not send out my email, but I lost the email I had already drafted for y’all.
Now that I can log in again, I had to send something. I have sent an email every week for 18 months, even throughout the pandemic that has changed travel dramatically. I could not miss a week now, so this week I am sending the newsletter on Thanksgiving Thursday instead of Wanderlust Wednesday. I will send a trip report from our COVID-cautious Florida vacay next Wednesday.

I hope you and yours have a happy and safe Thanksgiving. Despite being in Savannah where most of my family lives, we are just having a quiet dinner with my dad – turkey with all the fixins’ as we like to say in the South! I look forward to big family gatherings by next Thanksgiving!
